Granted pretty much the overhwelming majority of it is fixed rate with most due two years or more from now, hence if Interest rates rise, and the debt is fixed, and most it is not coming due, that that is not really a negative (The higher interest rates portion, and if the fed get too aggressive, they will have to reverse. As for Non gaap, that is a number that is used with pretty much every company you can find (Overexaggeration.) And it is not like they are not profitable with out non gaap, the non gaap numbers are the numbers too use in my opinion. I personally strongly believe in GPN, and believe it is very undervalued with excellent growth prospect time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
