I believe the consortium is :
NEL electrolysers
PLUG storage compression and dispensing
Ballard power Fuel cell

not sure who is or how they are generating the green electricity - Solar panels I guess but as they have electrolysers they don't need HEVO cells. project started 2 or more years ago.

for future mines HEVO would be ideal, BUT Fortesque seem to be trying to capture the mining industry now as they are the largest polluter.
