I reviewed the 8K and granted I'm a novice at reading and understanding everything, but it appeared that LFER 'merged' with SOLI, then SOLI (Scott) took over, sending LFER folks packing. There was never a merger (as I figured anyway), and LFER was only a means to an end. All kinds of suspicious questions about who got/gets what in this deal.
