I'm still holding two Lazar turds as well. This one and SMFX (PFMS), both of which are deep in Turdsville. I'm done with buying in the OTC and especially Lazar's crap.

There is a current attorney's letter up yesterday, for what it is worth. As long as they continue maintaining their current filings, I believe we have a chance.
