Nobody is giving them 40mil for a capital raise without a complete share restructuring. UNQL has a market cap if 15mil and a merger cost of 22mil, that’s 37mil. We here on ihub may very well be dumb speculative stock traders but no big money investors are put their money here so they could be diluted without major changes.

Also, no the Merging offices aren’t going to take shares as part of any salez. Those shares could also be diluted to nothing if Ray choose to do so. Also, the announced merger was stated as a cash transaction.
