Would be tough to know exactly without a breakdown of General Admin expenses. But we know the building lease alone was $87,000 for the year, and professional fees (mostly for auditors) was $61,000.

Travel expenses must be through the roof going back and forth to Mexico so often. And I'm not sure who pays for his security detail.

I can't imagine how much he spent hosting all those folks in TX on a weekly basis for over 12 weeks last summer.

I know he has consultants in MX and in the U.S. that he uses, I don't assume they work for free (No I am not talking about Candice!). Does KS get paid?

How much for other misc. payments to move things along in MX (some call those bribes)?

I am sure I'm missing a lot of other expenses, but I'm not close enough to really know.

He raised $415,000 in private placement money last fiscal yr and $367,000 from convertibles.

The company brought in $0 revenues.

Share structure has been managed very well (despite the penalty shares), he could have easily diluted the heck out of this company
