Yep, in OTC Markets when a company has a massive float and then talks about share cancelation and DOES NOT deliver even 2 whole months later, most believe it is insider shenanigans for lower share price. Nobody in right mind would want to hold onto a 1.75 Billion float in an OTC Market that has a whole lot less volume. Good company, but financial engineering not strong suit.

In my opinion. Will add at .003-0035 zone area. This pattern will continue for a long time until revenue is over $25 million. I just hope WTER is not main growth engine in future, their ship looks way rocky! In my OPINION.

HIRU, range bound and too much talk by C.E.O before any news is completed and an actual completed event.
