They locked everyone out of beta, because digitalage is not owned by HPNN and HPNN is worse than flat broke, as is the private unrelated squarespace digitalage.
They couldn't get any funding, although one shareholder fronted the HPNN CEO $35K and he would not pay here back, so she filed an SEC complaint against Peter Michaels.

My guess that Peter got a Wells Notice from the SEC might be what has happened to HPNN, too, since a number of people filed tipline complaints about Petey not listing required HPNN ownership of 5% or more of the common/preferred by any entity, as well as filing ANY amount of common or preferred shares owned by the CEO.
