Yup. Been that way ever since I remember this ticker. And yet it still exists. Trade it and move on, that's the way I remember playing this as well.

As it pertains to the shareholders you can boil it down to how much value they removed packaging two warrants with each share on the offering. That is exactly what we are talking about, is shareholder value. This company consistently destroys the value of it's shareholders while making no progress in the state of it's cancer treatment. Over 10 years and still stuck in mice trials, while regurgitating the "destroys cancer cells in vitro" from over 10 years ago. The only thing this stock is good for is a couple pumps and dumps a year.
