Yes, it really is being revoked. Yes, the company is really being liquidated of all assets and is already out of business. The Cytovia Therapeutics SPAC deal has absolutely nothing to do with Immune Pharmaceuticals, as it is a completely separate company not affiliated with IMNPQ.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
