No doubt. Current management undoubtedly has diluted this almost to the point of no return. With that being said, what makes this an interesting "lotto" play is this ticker is an SEC filer with pqe status. The right entity could turn this around fairly quickly. I don't have any illusions of that actually happening. But at this price it's worth rolling the dice imo.
