It's obvious that money can be made in SPRV. The stock, while over the long-term is mostly on a downward trend, there are still ups and downs where money can be made.

However, being a good trader in SPRV, or any OTC sub-penny stock does not make you a visionary. It just means your a good trader, and that's a good thing. A stock, and the company attached to it, is not run by visionaries if it languishes in the sub-penny range.

GM and Tesla are both very different from SPRV. GM and Tesla both have actual products to sell. I haven't been in GM in a few years, so I haven't followed it recently, so I won't comment on the health of the stock, or even the company at the moment. SPRV is a shell company, with no assets, no revenue, no product and no real business plan. I say that because in Q2 they were into medical real estate - medical office buildings with no actual buildings, Q3 they were a "Blank Check Company" which some confused with a SPAC, and now in Q4 they are again restructuring into a real estate company. Who knows what they will say with the Q1 disclosure for this year. Given the CEO, real estate whether medical office buildings or other types of real estate might be the best place for the company to invest in, but the flip flopping shows no real long-term plan. In spite of the lawyer's letter, this company is a shell. This is evidence of the leadership of the company not being visionaries, as there isn't a consistent vision.

Writing off the OTC does guarantee one not making any money in the OTC, but it also guarantees not losing money there either. There are generally better investments to be had, though I suppose the advantage in investing in sub-penny stocks is that a small move (like 0.0001) can be a big percentage move. That's a different type of trading than generally happens with Tesla and GM.

Money can be made here, but it's via the short-term trade. Good luck.
