Those that bought HSCC last spring and have been holding will be rewarded in the coming weeks and months. I initially said to buy it at .015. It has been as low as .002o but you couldn't have bought any shares lower than .0030. I averaged down in Dec with the tax loss sellers.

HSCC focus is to capitalize on just that. They have access through various vendors, to over 10,000 security, surveillance, and counter-surveillance products. In 2003, the Company received its GSA Contractors Award. This award is its authorization to sell to the Federal Government and all other State, County, and local Agencies. And they’ve doing just that.

The Company has solid contracts with Federal and State governments and well known companies. Alcoa, Honeywell. Federal Aviation Administration, US Marines, US Army, LA County School District and supplier to other Gov agencies. Rumor is they are a contender for the contract to provide cameras and survailance equipment for the wall being built between US and Mexican border. HSCC Black Box OPS has equipment that if mounted on the front of convoy vehicles that could detect IED's before they drive into their range. One of other goodies in the clue bag for later.

Of the 180 million, 140-145 million are held by insiders. Float is LOW LOW LOW. 35-40 million but most of those have been sucked up. I’ve been buying this for several months most during the month of Dec. when it bottomed.

HSCC has bottomed and is in the midst of a trend reversal with a PR campaign that just started. These guys have enough news they could put out a PR every week for the next six months. What is so great is all the news is solid contracts with the Federal and state Govs and reputable companies. Not some fluff BS promise of a Glorious future.

The 200ma bottomed and turned upward last week. .011 was the low it is now .112. The 50ma is beginning its march northward at .0060 now. When it goes thru say .0065-.0070 the Golden Cross light will go on in traders brain. The 20ma is now at .0082. the price closed at a penny on Friday. A penny with the 200ma at .0112 not far off. A lot is coming together at the same time. We should see it trade from the 20ma-.011 for a few days. This is an opportunity to board the train before it leaves the station. In the fall I said that HSCC would be on its ass by Christmas to help all the bagholders maximize their tax losses in Dec. They should be happy it went all the way down to .0020. Now I'm saying this is going to 15 cents and beyond in 07.

Volume has not been real high on HSCC. But see what happens if you try to buy a 200-250k blk at once. It won't be a penny for long if you do that so take small bites and chew slowly.

The following from the HSCC CEO does a good job of summarizing their mission.

Shade.


53 Billion is a lot of money. What is happening in our country right now is the Government, Military and Large corporations are taking steps to beef up and modernize all of their security systems. Especially on High value assests such as Dams, Nuclear Power Plants,buildings,aircraft etc. The Al Brothers are living right here in the good ole USA and not all of them are your buddies. Not long ago several were found photographing Federal sites in the Midwest. What became of it? Notda, You have to let these people go. They have rights. Why do think they are photographing these buildings? Because they like the architecture of course.

Company with solid customer base and solid contracts in a niche that is not going away.

HSCC is a Powder Keg. One major terrorist attack and this will stock with absolutely skyrocket. But in the mean time it's slowly pick up ground, slowly picking up steam. Not too much buzz. Yet! I think this is at least a 15-cent stock minimum. From a penny that’s a 15 bagger. I screen many stocks and select only a few. I look for Oversold, undervalued, ready to rebound. I find them way before anyone else and it usually a few months before they run.

Right now HSCC is about to enter into a new phase. It is setting up for a breakout above a penny and the 200ma. When that happens, as you well know the volume will increase dramatically, new names will be on the message boards and HSCC will take on a new life.

Well today about 250k shares was all it took to cause it to break above the 200ma. This week is a great time to pick up shares as it bases above and near the 200ma.

Traded all day at .013-.014 then closed down on very light volume 11k shares. Just a little shake.
Important test of a penny for support. Look for move to base above the 200ma. shares bought between .011-.014. Further breakout above .014 next week on solid news.

Down on extremely light volume. mm's may trying to shake loose a few shares. Doesn't seem to be anyone letting go of them. A 50k-100k buy would put it well above the 200ma tommorow.

I wouldn't be suprised to see some more positive news in the next week.

Last week shares could be had under a penny up to around .013. Friday breakout move on relative big volume for this stock 1.1 million shares. UP 41%.

I'd like to see this base on the 200ma for the next 5-10 trading days before moving into the several penny range. Can't say that will happen. But I can say this will go well beyond 15 cents in 07.

Weds, the last 3 days have been solid base and testing of the 200ma and today the 20ma which is about to cross the 200ma to the upside. volume about 1/2 a million shares look for steady volume increase. But be aware that In the next week or two the volume will increase dramatically. This is the time to buy before the hurd comes to town.
