I just called WEST MARINE...

spoke to a lovely young lady who was very helpful. I explained to her that I could not find the SEVU cameras on their website and asked for assistence. She stated that SEVU was in the catalogue and is still a vendor for West Marine, however they have moved to a drop ship type style where west marine does not carry SEVU in inventory. They take the order and sevu ships directly to the customer.

This seems to be what Rich was talking about with his electronic ordering processes.
