-Why was Weinberg concerned about Farmatsevtik?
*Why was so much revenue lost from 2020 to 2021?
-What is the SEC investigation about?
-What is the status of the SEC investigation?
*Specifically, why have you refused to discuss the SEC investigation thus far?
*Which companies are paying the nominal revenue fees for licensing Quanta earned in the 10K (is it essentially internal)?
-Why didn’t you prevent diluting from about 250,000,000 shares to over 400,000,000 in about a ¼ of a year.
*How is this company being managed differently from Petlife to avoid the same fate?
*Isn’t licensing imperative to avoid the death spiral Petlife was placed in
-Is the pattern Quanta is currently in any different than the death spiral Petlife was placed in?
-Why didn’t the Domincan deal complete in Autumn, 2021?
-Why didn’t the Mexican deal complete in Winter, 2022?
*Why wasn’t the polarization process licensed for ibuprofen?
*Why weren’t drug companies already lined up at the end of independent testing for polarized ibuprofen?
-What experience warranted the appointing of your son as executive vice president?
-What have your relatives, employed at Quanta, contributed to Quanta’s bottom line?
-Who currently sits on the Board of Directors?
-What is your relationship to the head of R&D?
-Do you think it is appropriate to pull over $2,000,000 from a company turning such a heavy loss?
