-1st Acquisition(Wholly Owned Subsidiary of AMLH)-Baller Mixed Reality(ran by Jonathan Herman) -Sells athletes or public figures collectibles in forms of NFTS(AMLH make 40% from sales, athlete or public figure makes 60% from sales) +8% on resale by consumer for life of smart contract.
-2nd Acquisition- Digital marketing: has one of a kind product that all public companies would want
-Possible dividends, token dividends in the near future
-Baller token TBA soon ! Timeframe : 3 - 6 months !
-Audits at later date
-No RS Thoughts for at least a couple years. Only reason would be to uplist to NASDAQ
-Reg A is used for capital when needed at .0008
-Filings in a week ago. Should be pink soon
