Now a filing that they are going to raise 5 Million. Will probably take close to 10 Million shares of dilution.

I love the water, but I just don't think this is investible at this time. I got out just above 1.00 and I keep watching to see if they give some kind of news that will make me want to jump back in. But certainly they will have to have a quarter where they miss profitability by like .01-05 or even better.
