“Please post some evidence where it shows the SEC/DOJ are investigating management for violations.
Subpoenas don’t mean they are the target of investigation”.

The SEC documents, filed by CYDY, are clear: the investigations revolve around actions by CYDY and/or CYDY employees. For example, HIV is included as one of the items that is part of the investigation. Why would HIV (as well as COVID and mTNBC) be included as part of the investigation if the company WASN’T the focus of the investigation? Answer: it wouldn’t.

The short “attack” of June 2020 involved COVID, not HIV or mTNBC. If there’s an investigation into shorting of CYDY in June of 2020, why would the SEC/DOJ be investigating CYDY for the following:

“requesting documents and information concerning, among other matters, leronlimab, the Company’s public statements regarding the use of leronlimab as a potential treatment for COVID-19, HIV, and triple-negative breast cancer, related communications with the FDA, investors, and others, litigation involving former employees, the Company’s retention of investor relations consultants, and trading in the Company’s securities. Certain Company executives have received subpoenas concerning similar issues..”

Why would a SEC/DOJ investigation into shorting include CYDY investor relations consultants, the company’s public statements about HIV and mTNBC, and litigation involving former employees? It wouldn’t.
