I really hope Art isn't the one tasked with this. Hiring sales people falls way outside the realm of CFO and has absolutely nothing to do with finance. Sure it's revenue driven, and will be monitored by high level execs, but the intricacies fall outside of that realm. Art doesn't have expertise or experience with building a sales team. His experience is in accounting, tax, revenue, etc. He might be better than Gary, but that's not saying much. I really hope Art isn't driving this.
