Agreed 100%, I have contact w/ the company. Very sharp operators. Time consuming to apply for permits and traverse the politics of local township govt.. I know a little about small county townships. In some way easy to handle if you speak their language. No NY type lawyers at meetings. YouHave to look like a GOOD OLE BOY w/ shit on your boots and pick up the local accent not the Queen's English.
Anyone can call the company or text. I think that a new IR dept will be in place to handle questions.
Min. 6X maybe 10 X but maybe off the charts.
