I agree they will sign up more police forces when funding gets reassigned, but the ongoing model relies of selling replacement "cartridges" for ones used.

hence to be profitable they have to rely on there being lots of deployments - so they have to encourage the public to misbehave in a manner that relies on Boa Wrap not taser to be used.

Do you know what to do to get a Bola wrap deployed to stop you and not a taser?

The size of the belt is also an issue, another device to clip on and get confused as you reach for it under pressure.

I wouldnt like to be a policeman at the moment - my thanks to them all for the job they do.
