just like a local construction company in my area that has an excavation company,concrete company,commercial building company all under the same roof but separate for obvious tax and liability reasons. seems to me the bottom line is that XTRM is doing very well and with the other two companies things may require fewer subcontractors and other outside help,keeping more revenue in the company. just seems to make sense to me,just gotta wait for the market to come back.
