That's a pretty extreme negative prediction. If that were the case why would the company be hiring a new, expensive IR firm now--The Chesapeake Group-- rather than wait for the court outcome to be announced?.

Your post makes no sense and I'm pretty confident the company knows more about the possible outcome than you do. All signs point to a Win for PCTL.
