On the positive side it's clear VNUE is re-making Stageit into a more profitable organization, as well as making a strong push to build it back to be stronger and have more artists, based on public comments from Zach, and a section in the 10k. Sounds great and I am looking forward to announcements in the coming months.

On the less positive side (for me) it's been 2 weeks since I sent a polite email requesting an explanation for why Soundstr never went commercial in Q4 of 2020 as we all had expected based on management messaging. I really didn't expect a response because if he wanted to tell us he would have already by now. But I did want him to be aware that at least some of us feel we should have been told. And if the detail can't be given surely something generic can be. SEC disclosure rules can't be violated of course so I wouldn't expect a response personally on that, but one could be given publicly.

With 1 1/2 years of silence on that matter we have no idea if Soundstr will go commercial this year or even next anymore! And I don't mean a few venues. I means hundreds if not thousands of radio stations - that was the plan but something happened and Zach's not going to give it up..

So, I've almost given up on Soundstr, but not totally, and am still hanging around to see what they come up with on Stageit.
