I wouldnt completely rule out 000's or low 00's because MA*PT just ran from .0015 to .0074. Any stock with good news and not fluff will have a run but yes, you are right, I been seeing some massive runs lately on those low floaters. Have a few on my radar and quietly trading some.... SANP has come along way and got to much going on imo to throw it all away over some filings not being done on time. Lets see if Frank prove the doubters right!!
