LOL...there hasn't been a financial filed on this ticker for ELEVEN YEARS and people are surprised it's be dumped back in the gray sheets?

Frank turned this ticker over to the new owners over two months ago and they have done nothing on the financials to try and keep this current. Oh...but NOW their going to get all over it and clean up the mess?

This could take months to get everything uploaded (once they apply for and finally get the OTCIQ codes) and then find an attorney to sign off on all of it.

IF they would have shown OTC Markets back in Feb they were serious about getting current and started chipping away at it,the ticker could still be traded by everyone with a Yield sign up instead of the expert market. I don't have any skin in this one but I do in NSPT and I get more leery of Frank and his tickers everyday.
