Absolute bullshit! How the hell does a SEC investigation slow down anything a company does?

And in the imaginary world that it does; who the hell's fault is the investigation in the first place?

No one in their right mind would allow this non-performing jackass to run a lemonade stand.

Furthermore he can't even be trusted to order coffee and donuts.

Is this a-hole so out of touch he has no idea what shareholders would want to know after he shoveled their investment into his kids' pockets; that he has to be asked?
