You can add the volume which on my calculations is around 627 million then add the PPS from the 12th till now. Add all the days which it has been 15 trading days and divide that by by PPS total . So $7.40 divided by 15 is average price of .493 and 20% of 627 is is 125.4 million shares. Then times 125.4 by .49 you come up with $61.44 million dollars. Add that to the previous amount already raised as of April 1tth. How ever I think dilution is higher at like 25% personally but we will see. NILE
