Ok thanks... so what is the next step.??.. I think they had a civil suit against Apple in the New York Courts pending the outcome of this.
Does that civil suit move ahead. I can't even imagine what this case has cost in legal and court fees. A civil suit with a jury would be a joke...imagine trying to explain these patents to Joe and Karen Sixpack.
