Specifically, KKT has given permission for "Construction of HPP Kryezi, in the waters of the streams Kryezi and Qafë-Mali, tributary of the river Fan i Madh, Municipality of Fushë-Arrëz"; "Construction of Hec Fushë-Arrëz, in the upper course of the river Fani i Madh, Municipality of Fushë-Arrëz"; "Construction of Hec Dohoshisht 1, 2 and 3, in the catchment area of ??the Peshkopia stream, near the village of Dohoshisht, Dibër Municipality, Dibër district".

At the last meeting, the National Council of the Territory approved a series of permits related to the development of the electricity sector. The first is the permit for the substations that are part of the Albania-Macedonia 400 kilovolt line project, developed by the Transmission System Operator.

Also, KKT has approved the extension of the permit for: "Hec Veleshica 1 and Veleshica 2, in the river Veleshica, tributary of the river Drini i Zi, Municipality of Dibër and Municipality of Kukës", "Construction of Hydropower Plant 'Zall Xhuxhë Nr. 1 'and' Zall Dwarf Nr. 2 ', in the cascade of the Zall Xhuxha stream, a tributary of the river Fan i Vogël ”, and the construction of hydropower plants' Shutri 1' and 'Shutri 2', in the catchment area of ??the river Shutri, as well as the water sources of Shutreja up to discharge into the Uraka River, Municipality of Mat ”.
