ZEV was having supply of chassis issues which was partly just due to the manufacturers not want thin to take business away from them . Seems they have ironed out that misconception.
NIkola has some restraints from supply chain as they ramp up production lines, although I haven't heard that Bosch is having issues with their fuel cells its more like Chassis and components for the cab. So keeping planned output low.
Tesla and PLUG planned ahead - Tesla by building their own batteries and stamping their own bodies PLUG bought the machines that make the fuel cell plates (and need more) to guarantee production runs. not sure how many parts are sourced from China where the big issue is. Both of them I think handle the chip requirements by being non-chinese sourced and in PLUG case pretty generic in requirements.
