If so why would he dilute? I thought that 16 million Reg A was for all those wonderful multi millions in revenues to come?

Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can assist with the “diluted share column”?

According to this SNMN has doubled those shares. Also, plain to see from 2017- 2021 there has been ZEEERRRRROOOOO revenues.
