You're absolutely right that these guys are probably a much more expensive hire than the previous ones we've had. Mike Iorlano was put in after the Brett Rosen financing and Fischer was installed after the Simms financing.

The move to a much more expensive firm like Chesapeake --who's been around since 1996--makes no sense at all unless there are some big things to announce in the very near future.

My best guess would be on some O+G signed contracts and/or some significant news from the Tatumhealhcare group in the UK about National Health System sales. Maybe some Agriculture news as well.
