I'm not sure how you stay so consistently positive when GNCP gives us negative results...

I do not know what occurred Nov. 2020 but someone pulled the trigger and that was the start of the penny stock run which we all witnessed..Sept 2021 most of those sub penny stocks were moved to the expert markets.
Who and why? that decision was made is unclear..Most ppl talk about GME/AMC stock but I believe the real issue was with the OTC stocks...
