Exactly.
They keep trying to get the dividend paid. They are struggling due to FINRA as well as some internal lack of competence. But they are trying and they will eventually make it. At the end of the day, they are releasing the greatest value to the major shareholder - themselves.

But the company seems committed to getting something done here and I expect they will. Why else come back from years of silence and keep trying?
