we went from 24.4 million to 27.4

keep in mind- this isn't bad.
if you believe in the company long term, it gives you the chance to get cheap shares

that being said- as long as they eventually stop increasing the share count the price will go up

but with the addition of these shares the NAV of the shares is no longer $3.03
it's now closer to $2.70
