DIGA grinding away - FS YE Dec 31 in process, slight delay with new auditors and backlog at Accesswire but will be done. DIGA is an annual filer but goes above and beyond financial disclosure requirements and files quarterly under 6-K. Much of potential upside to DIGA s/p is dependent on the Securter Tech App completion and commercial launch which will trigger its two territories; South America and the UK, these are two massive markets and for a small issuer with a market-cap approx $2m the upside could be the investment of a lifetime.
