Go to otcmarkets.com and check on the filings of these three companies. They haven’t filed any type of report or financials in forever. I’m not making a good or bad comment on that but that’s the reason for them going to expert markets.

Jpex however filed the required Annual report last month so we are not in the same boat as those tickers. Not sure why Frank didn’t do what he was supposed to
