Did I say something wrong or offensive? I was clearly just making an observation about ILIM'a shell status.

It's not up to me to decide whether Frank is a scammer or not, but since you want to get nasty about it , I would say Frank is just a business man that buys empty shells, cleans them up and resells them for profits. The longer he holds these shells the less he makes on them because keeping them all pink current and ready to sell costs lots of money. I'm sure he doesn't want a bad reputation, especially in his line of work with all his investments in these shells.
He demands shareholder friendly incoming companies with terms and conditions that protects shareholders from R/S and unnecessary dilution. Pretty much unheard of in the crap OTC.

I know for a fact, that ILIM in particular, has been one of the more expensive tickers Frank has had, so I'm sure he is anxious to get this one of his books and recoup his money.

If you don't like his tickers then stay off his ticker's boards or maybe you are just out looking for defamation suit?
