I believe the stock is worth $ .02 now based on current information. With 23 million in revenue and reducing the shares available, the share price should be much higher. It is a group of smaller companies combined together. They are planning to add another company to the mix with news pending. My guess after the merger, they will spin off some companies with free shares for shareholders, an excellent way to build shareholder value and raise capital. The current market conditions and potential of a recession is keeping buyers away. To much wealth destruction will keep buyers away. The stock is very undervalued at current prices.
