Petrejus I actually sold about 10% of my stake in this company yesterday for several reasons. I think we will know in a few days that the exciting dividene of preferred shares will not happen at the time promised since there still are no such shares. That is very negative in my view. Generally my impression now is that management is both mediocre and incompetent. It looks very uncertain when anything very positive will happen in this company.

SPZI plans to start trading Carbon Credits before very long. For this purpose a pool is expected to raise a lot of money - up to more than a billion dollars eventually. In this endeavor a very successful businessman namled Evan Katz appears to play a crucial role (Crawford Ventures). This week a video interview is expected to be published. I think there is a good chance that it will have a positive effect on the stock price. But of course everything will depend on what is said.
