I wasn't into biotech then - what I thought happened though was that BMY and IMCL had already signed a deal, before the RTF - non ? And afterwards BMY had a much closer handle in the proceedings - that's what sticks in this brain.

Wasn't that because the filing was f__d up, missing patient data, etc, resulting in an RTF instead ?
