If Mattyboy and his crack financial team are actually able to file their financial statements for the upcoming quarter without filing for an extension, I will stop riding his ass for one month.
I won't talk about how he and his family appear to be looting the company's bank accounts; the phantom audit; management incompetence; fraudulent misrepresentations; the share price; overpaying for an acquisition where the company took on $7million in debt and 500million shares for questionable assets; the $53million derivative loss for 2021; the alleged up listing -LMAO-; the kiosks that aren't being deployed as promised; yadda yadda yadda
This company is such a joke that it could be bankrupt before I would start posting again, but then,, that is only if Momma Easy Bake gets the statements out.
