All in all it appears the amended filing was to answer some questions asked by Connecticut. I wish I knew the questions. Look like that added proof that JK took over the company with the preferred shares. We still don't have concrete price or a set of amount of shares to be sold.

Same boat as always. Only thing to still do here is wait on some PR's to reveal what they have coming.

Hopefully JK releases some of the news to get the PPS higher before the offering so there is less dilution. Better believe he is holding the best news until offering has occurred so those who invested can get out with some gain.
