$PRCX ~They have never been good about PR's since I have been watching for over a year and a half now! That's why the price fell so far because their coal and oil operations were never spoken about over that period of time! ~Check out the 2 year chart! Those at the helm obviously don't care much about their shareholders, or their share price for that matter!
