Speculation. The Float is roughly 1.66 million and the O/S is 1.8 million. Long ways off from a R/S imo. The A/S is 5 billion. Has there been dilution??? Of course as I think anyone who has been watching these big trading days over the last few months could see that. You cannot have those big volume days and say that it is just the float turning over ( although some might believe that ). Still 3.2 billion shares away from maxing out the A/S. Pinky Stinky's are high risk with high reward but can make you a large sum of money very quickly. Not the market for the faint of heart. FDBL
