- clean small 114 float, great share structure
- audited financials coming for transparency and to be fully reporting (Today's news)
- accredited financing -- no toxic funding to come
- EV space with unique ATV/UTV vehicle aimed at military and private sector
- small market cap: only $3M.

One small contract or deal could bring it to $30M in a sneeze with this float. That's a .10+ target.
