Penny Chatter comment's has a very solid point!!

I am all for the merger happening and I am a believer in IGEX. Let me state that upfront. But I am a realist also and trust solid DD. Penny Chatter comments "about their not being a filing about a 3 way merger"? I must admit I have done a "ton" of DD, followed the twitter account for IGEX. Unless, I am mistaken, I have not come across and "filings about a 3 way merger". Think about it, we have filings about the land and water rights, which mention a 3 way merger but nothing official in a filing about a 3-way merger commencing, happening, about to happen, could happen, etc.
