That is why Riss agreed to .01 conversion 1.5M shares

Paul knows what is happening here and he would not have agreed to convert his $1.5 million loan for only .01 per share, giving the company value of $50 Million.

We are looking at a valuation of some $250 short term, price is going HIGHER !!
