Think anyone will pick NYCB in the next contest?

It certainly possible. But with these contests, and with the market where it is we all have a ton of options to choose from. And a lot will dependant on price of where all stocks are closer to 5/13, than where they are now. The thing is for NYCB though the divy doesn't help you in terms of the contest, hence I try to avoid high divy payer myself for contest purposes generally, because of that. But it is so undervalued it will be under consideration like so many stock including ones that are strongly being considered that are not even in my portfolio right now, at these prices it will be tough to get to just 4 picks in less than 2 weeks.
